Giulia Ruggiero, aka Scaramucce, was born at the beginning of the new millennia in the South Italian's countryside. Surrounded by actors and comedians from a little age, she soon discovers the world of theatre studying acting methods with the director Alessandro Calabrese. She then discovers the Commedia dell'Arte and follows courses and ateliers held by Duccio Bellugi Vannuccini and Enrico Bonavera. 

In 2023 she creates the mask Scaramucce and welcomes a happy collaboratio
 with puppetter Rasid Nikolic, aka The Gipsy Marionettist, thanks to whom she brings marionnettes and puppets into her shows.

She currently organizes her own music and theater events in Turin and works as an actor.
